“As always, the quality of the clothing is very good. Beautiful fabrics, lovely colours, and a well‑finished design. It’s a pity that it arrived after Christmas instead of before Christmas as stated. The courier service (TNT Express) used to ship the clothing is disappointing. The courier’s promises are not kept. The parcel is not picked up on the stated date and is delivered far too late. There are significant delays at the transit locations.”

I was surprised by the delivery costs. Different prices are stated on the website, and it was not mentioned anywhere that the goods would be shipped by express delivery.

Shipping and customs fees of over 50% of the price! Incomprehensible, especially since the customer is not informed of the carrier that will handle the delivery and its conditions (taxes, fixed fees, customs clearance fees...) and has no choice but to accept it since no option is offered. Ordered the leather mens balletshoes now. I ordered size 50 and 49. Funny enough they both seem to fit well. So I kept them both. I would like the leather balletshoes to be a bit more pinkish instead of salmon. Only slight con I feel the elastic pulling in my heel.

One of the straps of the leotard is sewn in a way that creates a twist, it's uncomfortable for my daughter. I plan to unpick one side to fix it. I didn't expect to have to do sewing on a new leotard.
