Very good, but it's not always easy to return to the previous page.

I love this brand and this leotard, the only problem I found is that I always get Size small and always fit me perfectly but for this leotard I found the shoulders a little big for me.

Shall I go through the history of this order, which almost never arrived? 1] I wanted to buy the Lavande and Felicity leotards for a workshop in Brussels on December 10 and 11, but Felicity couldn't be shipped for three weeks (dream on - hello impulse buying)... So I only ordered Lavande (and paid the shipping costs)... The training weekend is over... Still no new leotard! I end up calling WearMoi... I learn that my address doesn't exist... No, in fact, it was misspelled by the sender. TNT, the most dishonest of carriers, leaves it in the wild. AND NOBODY CALLS ME!!! What's the point of leaving our phone !!!!! Anyway, the leotard is reshipped and eventually arrives. As for the "commercial gesture" in compensation, it amounts to 10% on a future order. We're dreaming... I'm still waiting for an apology call from WearMoi management, and not just from the young woman on the hotline, who had nothing to do with it. Thanks in advance.

Never received the package.

Would have liked to have more specific updates about progress and delivery of our purchase.

The product is great but the delivery took long time.

I would say "excellent" if the time of the order shiuld be more quick

I’m very disappointed because I ordered a black leotard that was available at the time of order, so paid for it. After a month I was emailed that the item was out of stock and discountinued. So waiting more than a month for delivery is already not a good service and being told that wasn’t available after a month is even worst! I have recently saw online the leotard through a different seller but full price and only few available - they didn’t had it before!!!
Quality of items is really good but very disappointed with service and communication

Navigation was not to hard, even for a dyslexic such as me. Delivery with tracking # could be more improved, and customer service is good.

Delivery times were awful. After waiting for almost two months, I got an email that half of my order was out of stock. Communications were uninterested and unhelpful.

Price is good but shipping time is long

I love their dance wear. I wish there were more larger sizes and sometimes things fray at the seams. That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I never got my order

The quality of all the products was very good but the sizing was terribly off. I even emailed to inquire about sizing and checked the sizing charts. There was no indication that the sizing for the dance shoes and leotard fit very small. Prior to my order, there was no indication that the delivery timeline was so extended. When I received the confirmation email it was indicated that it would be 6-8 weeks and it ended up taking 10 weeks for delivery. This information needs to be provided prior to ordering and accurate. The whole thing took so long I don't even feel like retuning the items.

Product was on backorder by several months, but service was fine otherwise.

Shipment tracking page is a bit confusing, but otherwise everything was fine.

Everything is fine unless size. All my friends thought I had to wear XS but It is too small to me actually. I felt so bad.

Sizing is so far off. Shameful.

Unfortunately the size was way too small for my 7 year old. The leotard looked like it would fit 4 year olds. Hopefully we will be able to return the product. Also it took so long (around 3-4 weeks) to arrive.

Terrible. I haven’t reviewed anything! Ordered over a month ago! Two weeks ago I got a notice stating a shipping label had been printed and PART of my order was on its way… never came, when I track that shipping label it is still stating that it was created and hasn’t left facility… don’t think I’ll order from them again. Now I need to track down an actual human to get a refund but I can’t get anyone on the phone!

gorgeous products, sometimes shipping takes longer than I wished

Easy to order, and accuracy of the fitting chart but rather slow (6 weeks) to receive order. Excellent quality of the product.

Product search could be improved. By adding more criteria to refine the search.

first of all, I cannot evaluate something that I did not receive, the order was forgotten or lost, the amount paid was not returned, as a result... it cannot be an evaluation on the subject

Delivery too late

Items were out of stock, the estimated shipping date was accurate and was advised of later shipping for one item. Once items were available shipping was very fast.

Wear moi makes absolutely beautiful products but their order fulfillment process is rather slow. They give you an estimated ship date when you place your order, but this latest order took about a week pst that date to actually ship. I wish it was a little faster getting items to you. Generally I am pleased once the items do arrive, I just wish it were a faster process.

Functional & beautiful design. The dance wear is professional & high quality. I had to email inquiring about tracking but they wrote back promptly and were very helpful.

It took over two weeks to get my order. When I tried to order something else from the outlet site it did not let me place an order.

The sizing is way off. Had to return both leotards.

I love their products. Everything I've order from them has been great. The only thing that I wish was better is shipping time. One of my orders didn't get shipped for about 6 weeks, which can make it hard if you need a product fast.
