Leider war das Kleid nicht die Größe meiner Tochter, und wir mussten viel Porto zahlen, um sie zurückzubekommen, und wir mussten eine größere Größe bestellen! In Deutschland kaufen wir ab 40 Euro abwärts, müssen wir keine Rückgabegebühr zahlen, aber sie schicken uns einen Code, wir scannen ihn und das war's! Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich es gekauft habe, denn das spielt keine Rolle!

I ordered and then the item was out of stock, I got the refund with proof quite quickly but still stock error I returned a product for which I have not yet received the refund (but still a short delay), however I had to pay for the return The delivery times are long

I am happy with my order, the bodysuit is very beautiful. Only problem, I am 1.68m tall and I took a size L. The bodysuit is too big for me. It just fits over the hips but I am not tall enough. I had to shorten the straps.

I paid for points, accessories, skirt and hestia color dark grey size M leotard. I ve send you the recipt which you send me in the box. I did it twice. And you didn t even answer me. I m really disappointed in such a brand with no responce. I want to learn where my leotard is, will you send me later or what I have to do. Thanks

“As always, the quality of the clothing is very good. Beautiful fabrics, lovely colours, and a well‑finished design. It’s a pity that it arrived after Christmas instead of before Christmas as stated. The courier service (TNT Express) used to ship the clothing is disappointing. The courier’s promises are not kept. The parcel is not picked up on the stated date and is delivered far too late. There are significant delays at the transit locations.”

I was surprised by the delivery costs. Different prices are stated on the website, and it was not mentioned anywhere that the goods would be shipped by express delivery.

Home delivery scheduled, destination error by the carrier without warning then rescheduled email sent at 8:30 saying that the package will arrive during the day only to end up being placed in a parcel relay even though it is perfectly compatible with the mailbox. Choose another carrier.

Shipping and customs fees of over 50% of the price! Incomprehensible, especially since the customer is not informed of the carrier that will handle the delivery and its conditions (taxes, fixed fees, customs clearance fees...) and has no choice but to accept it since no option is offered. The quality was better than Capezio, the fabric is softer, and the padding on the dance belt is much more comfortable. However, I am giving this a three star review because my full order details were exposed on the outside of the packaging itself, and then the same return paperwork was also placed inside the package. My payment information, items, and total amount paid were clearly visible. While including return paperwork inside is normal, displaying it on the outside shows a serious lack of discretion.

Disappointed with the order. I wanted to reorder two skirts of a model that I already had but this one fits differently. It is not at all the same model. And regarding the two bodysuits of the same size, however, one model is too small.

The shipping was very delayed. The tights that I ordered are not very comfortable and when you wear them with that slippers it's slipping inside so it's very hard to do movements on the centre.

Great prices, always nice quality, but long waiting time for delivery. If you order uniform keep in mind to order 1.5- month in advance

First we had problems contacting the company, we sent emails in July, we got reply in August, the point shoes could be sent in the middle of September and at the end they were postponed for the October. Not sure why. We had to give up of the point shoes because this was very late for us.
