Shiping to long. 4 weeks is to long… To Lithuania.

I appreciate the news about my order. Everything was going well.

2 months to receive an order! When I called to find out more, I didn't even get a commercial offer for a next purchase, given the insane delays in receiving my order. I was already dissatisfied with my previous order, because the sizes displayed on the site didn't correspond at all to the product, and I had to return the parcel (at my expense) to receive a larger size, again with high delivery costs. I placed these orders at the request of the Paris Conservatoire, but I might as well tell you that I take it upon myself to inform the teachers of the difficulties in obtaining the requested outfits, hoping therefore not to have to go through Wear Moi again for my daughter's next leotard. I know I'm not the only parent unhappy with their Wear Moi order (deliveries too long and/or leotard size problems).

The shoes were amazing using them often. But they ship a week and a half after you put in the order and for some reason although I was buying within EU, they shipped 4 invoices of 3 were signed. For 30€ shoes. Product arrived in the Benelux after a month from France. Otherwise best ballet store, because they carry my size

Orders take far too long to arrive and the timing messaging is unclear, bordering on the dishonest. After recently placing my order (undiscounted) a large discount was offered, too late for me of course. Before, I was offered birthday gifts that were not gifts at all but merely imaginary marketing nonsense. Its a pity as the product itself is good if overpriced.

I was very much disappointed by the communication in which Wear Moi cancelled my order, after more than one month! I found it very disrespectful, they could have told me straight away that those items were not available, instead of letting me wait for more than one month, and I could have chosen a different size without any problem. If I knew, I would have cancelled the complete order, it was a present, and I have been waiting for so long! I would not have expected such behavior after so many days, they even sent me emails telling me that the order had been shipped. Why this contradictory communication? I am very sorry for this situation. I placed other orders in the past, but I never had so much delay and similar problems. Rosalba +393284860246

The navigation with a mobile phone is a bit difficult, it is not as easy as with a computer.

Very bad, we are extremely disappointed with the service and are still waiting for the arrival of my daughters leotards, despite chasing up many times and ordering these at the beginning of August they have still not arrived. Please advise when this will be, she is the only one in the class having to wear other leotards.

The return label should be available from the beginning.

Shipping took the same time as promised. Products came in good condition and overall experience with wear moi was good.

delivery within accaptable time

The experience of designing my own leotard, and the end result are 5 stars, very good. But the delivery was very messy and slow, not good at all. It seemed TNT was delivering on the expected date, but at the last minute it changed to the criptic "scheduled delivery pending". I was patient for a week, and then tried to contact Wear Moi. No answer, the phone number didn't work. TNT informed me they never received the package in the first place. In the end, I got a message from Wear Moi that they would contact the factory, and would let me know what was wrong. Then, without warning or any updates, the package arrived. So it felt messy, and the communication was very poor. I'm used to emails telling me when my order is delayed.

I like the brand because items usually fit true to size and quality is nice.

The Loyalty program was just closed without any notices.

Good experience, i expected a bit faster delivery, given the shipping costs. Otherwise products were ok and as depicted in the pictures :)

Sadly, the delivery Time is quite high, you have to wait 2-3 weeks. But they also tell you this in advance.
You Always have an eye on the delivery Status.

The products I received were very good and met my expectations. The big drawback is the carrier (TNT) who doesn't bother to deliver the parcels and drops them off directly at the relay point. The point relais confirmed that their delivery driver does this for two villages on his round. I have informed the carrier of this problem but have had no feedback. Thank you for the quality of your products.

Web site is easy to use. Shipping is a little slow and they don't ship to PO boxes.

The site is a joy, but the delivery service is not satisfactory: delivery times are long and you can't opt for the Point Relay, which is so practical!

This is my first time ordering at Wear Moi. The collections are nice. The website experience is ok, but the shipping time for ready-to-wear items is very long, in my opinion. Calling customer service is good, but the order status on the website should be more up-to-date, so I do not need to contact customer service during office hours to check when the order will be ready or shipped. It is very strange experience. I ordered the same skirt, same size as we had and it was like 2 times smaller than the one we had before.

Ordering was easy and delivery was normal. The choice of colors wasn't extensive.

Overall experience with Wear Moi web store is good. However, I don't really like the courier what they are using on Finland. The quality of the courier service is really terrible. It doesn't meet at all consumer needs for today. The delivery service is rude, they don't offer time estimation when the delivery is done and they don't offer pick up places. I wish they would use some different courier.

Customer service was helpful when I needed to reach out regarding my order that hadn't shipped after the label was created for 5 business days. After reaching out to them, they were nice and confirmed my order was delayed and then eventually was shipped out within the week.

The site is easy to navigate, choices are clear and well pictured. Checkout is straight forward. Delivery was considerably longer then expected.

I just love Wear Moi, the online store is beautifully designed. I have experienced a lot of issues with the shipping, though. Orders are not always shipped on the days established, orders getting lost…

No problems with delivery, tracking information is handy and items are delivered in very reasonable time. The only cons is if I would wanted to return something, then the return process is not well organized as with some other brands.
