This site is easy to use and has all necessary info about each item and stock available. I have had odd emails saying my cart is full after I know I have just finished my purchase. On one occasion, I went back to my cart and saw items in it and thought perhaps I didn't confirm purchase and I ended up buying items that I deleted from my cart because they were the wrong size. I had to pay shipping to return! i hope this is a glitch at the site that will be corrected and not an intentional lure to get me back to the site. Some sites have a weird email lure that is confusing and makes me not want to shop again. I am a loyal Wear Moi customer and don't need to be upsold or emailed, it is annoying. I also prefer sites to use PayPal. Hopefully this will be available soon on your site. For the most part, I have had a satisfactory experience shopping on Wear Moi. Thank you.

the site is easy, the delivery is fast, the service is good, if you have any doubts, the staff solves them.

Runs a bit big in the chest

The Lavande is a beautiful leotard and is beautifully made. I will say however that the large is a little tight which surprised me because the large Felicite fits perfectly.

That's exactly it, good quality products but a very long delivery time.

I love the goods i purchased, the delivery a little bit slow and one item didn't arrive so i had to ask twice, however it's all ok because it was black friday sale season and all the items arrived at last.

Very accurate regarding sending the order. On the downside, I don’t understand how you can order something online and once you have even paid for it they tell you it’s out of stock. You should revise your available products more often.

Good quality leotards but shipping is slow because products have to be shipped from another country (Tunisia I believe). Good customer service.

the product is beautiful… that’s why i still purchase it… but, it takes a long time for it to arrive. i ordered in early november f and my order arrived almost 6 weeks later…

I love this brand and this leotard, the only problem I found is that I always get Size small and always fit me perfectly but for this leotard I found the shoulders a little big for me.

Shall I go through the history of this order, which almost never arrived? 1] I wanted to buy the Lavande and Felicity leotards for a workshop in Brussels on December 10 and 11, but Felicity couldn't be shipped for three weeks (dream on - hello impulse buying)... So I only ordered Lavande (and paid the shipping costs)... The training weekend is over... Still no new leotard! I end up calling WearMoi... I learn that my address doesn't exist... No, in fact, it was misspelled by the sender. TNT, the most dishonest of carriers, leaves it in the wild. AND NOBODY CALLS ME!!! What's the point of leaving our phone !!!!! Anyway, the leotard is reshipped and eventually arrives. As for the "commercial gesture" in compensation, it amounts to 10% on a future order. We're dreaming... I'm still waiting for an apology call from WearMoi management, and not just from the young woman on the hotline, who had nothing to do with it. Thanks in advance.

The customer experience is correct. The only point for improvement is that the shipping date I was given was not respected. My order was shipped several days later.

I’m very disappointed because I ordered a black leotard that was available at the time of order, so paid for it. After a month I was emailed that the item was out of stock and discountinued. So waiting more than a month for delivery is already not a good service and being told that wasn’t available after a month is even worst! I have recently saw online the leotard through a different seller but full price and only few available - they didn’t had it before!!!
Quality of items is really good but very disappointed with service and communication

Navigation was not to hard, even for a dyslexic such as me. Delivery with tracking # could be more improved, and customer service is good.

Price is good but shipping time is long

I love their dance wear. I wish there were more larger sizes and sometimes things fray at the seams. That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I never got my order

I think the Wear Moi products are exceptionally good! Great style, amazing quality. My problem is with the shipping and delivery of our orders. The order ship dates get pushed back on a regular basis, and it is months sometimes before we receive our order.

I find the delivery times far too long,

Product was on backorder by several months, but service was fine otherwise.

We live US military base oversesas but WearMoi does not ship to APO address via USPS. We have to use forwarder which costs us extra money.

Very good site but order really very long to arrive (more than a month and a half)
