it took a really longg time for the delivery.

A lot of customs fees, over 50% of the product value!

I ordered the Faustine in azul Blue and the colour was not as expected. I returned it on my own costs and didn’t receive back the money.

TNT transport is null, does not go to the scheduled delivery location and gives a pickup location for the product that must suit him.

The products are of good quality but expensive. However, there is no possibility to return items that do not fit in-store. They must be sent back and then you have to wait a certain time before the refund. In the meantime, I have to go back to the store to repurchase the item in the right size, knowing that I have not received the refund for the first one.

The custom leotard feels very good, looks okay. The top is a light fabric, the bottom half is dark blue. They decided to sew the whole side seam with a light thread, which shows horribly when I wear it. The delivery took forever, but they did inform me about it, this time. It was still quite a lot longer than their second guess. Order about 4 months before you need it!

The size maillot was again wrong. Insted of a M you send me for second time an XS

Returned a product that wasn't a fit, after two weeks still no return of funds.

Quality product and well packaged but the delays are long. Shipment 8 days after the order. Then I had to make a return. The package was received by the brand but 20 days later, I am still waiting for the refund. I don't think I will order online again.

Very nice leotards, but the size chart isn't right. I ended up with 2 leotards that were slightly too big for me. And extremely long delivery

Got soled an item wear moi didn’t have and it took them a month to tell me that I would not be able to get it. The customer service was very nice and friendly and offered a discount. I got my other items which I am very happy about.

2 months to receive an order! When I called to find out more, I didn't even get a commercial offer for a next purchase, given the insane delays in receiving my order. I was already dissatisfied with my previous order, because the sizes displayed on the site didn't correspond at all to the product, and I had to return the parcel (at my expense) to receive a larger size, again with high delivery costs. I placed these orders at the request of the Paris Conservatoire, but I might as well tell you that I take it upon myself to inform the teachers of the difficulties in obtaining the requested outfits, hoping therefore not to have to go through Wear Moi again for my daughter's next leotard. I know I'm not the only parent unhappy with their Wear Moi order (deliveries too long and/or leotard size problems).

Orders take far too long to arrive and the timing messaging is unclear, bordering on the dishonest. After recently placing my order (undiscounted) a large discount was offered, too late for me of course. Before, I was offered birthday gifts that were not gifts at all but merely imaginary marketing nonsense. Its a pity as the product itself is good if overpriced.

I was very much disappointed by the communication in which Wear Moi cancelled my order, after more than one month! I found it very disrespectful, they could have told me straight away that those items were not available, instead of letting me wait for more than one month, and I could have chosen a different size without any problem. If I knew, I would have cancelled the complete order, it was a present, and I have been waiting for so long! I would not have expected such behavior after so many days, they even sent me emails telling me that the order had been shipped. Why this contradictory communication? I am very sorry for this situation. I placed other orders in the past, but I never had so much delay and similar problems. Rosalba +393284860246

Very bad, we are extremely disappointed with the service and are still waiting for the arrival of my daughters leotards, despite chasing up many times and ordering these at the beginning of August they have still not arrived. Please advise when this will be, she is the only one in the class having to wear other leotards.

The return label should be available from the beginning.

The experience of designing my own leotard, and the end result are 5 stars, very good. But the delivery was very messy and slow, not good at all. It seemed TNT was delivering on the expected date, but at the last minute it changed to the criptic "scheduled delivery pending". I was patient for a week, and then tried to contact Wear Moi. No answer, the phone number didn't work. TNT informed me they never received the package in the first place. In the end, I got a message from Wear Moi that they would contact the factory, and would let me know what was wrong. Then, without warning or any updates, the package arrived. So it felt messy, and the communication was very poor. I'm used to emails telling me when my order is delayed.

The Loyalty program was just closed without any notices.

The site is a joy, but the delivery service is not satisfactory: delivery times are long and you can't opt for the Point Relay, which is so practical!

This is my first time ordering at Wear Moi. The collections are nice. The website experience is ok, but the shipping time for ready-to-wear items is very long, in my opinion. Calling customer service is good, but the order status on the website should be more up-to-date, so I do not need to contact customer service during office hours to check when the order will be ready or shipped. Thank you!

It is very strange experience. I ordered the same skirt, same size as we had and it was like 2 times smaller than the one we had before.

Overall experience with Wear Moi web store is good. However, I don't really like the courier what they are using on Finland. The quality of the courier service is really terrible. It doesn't meet at all consumer needs for today. The delivery service is rude, they don't offer time estimation when the delivery is done and they don't offer pick up places. I wish they would use some different courier.

your website is very attractive and neat, but the product ordering process is a bit complex, in fact I ordered the product in the wrong color.

Unfortunately, the selection of men's products is very basic and limited, which often leads me to buy abroad.

The only reason I used this company was for a uniform my studio had chosen. I ordered 2 custom pieces and they BOTH arrived with defects. One was missing a button, the other had runs in the mesh. Both unwewrable. I understand a detects happen, but both? Customer Services asked me to pay return shipping on the defective leotards (!!!!) and it was only after several back-and-forth emails they finally agreed to give me a return label. Asking your customers to pay return shipping on defective items was the last straw, will never order again.
Will stick with Yumiko & Eleve in future.
