For the overseas territories, the purchase prices are not excluding tax while at the delivery of the package we have to pay VAT plus handling fees from the carrier. Moreover, one of the products is defective. Delay of 6 weeks between the order and delivery.

If I give 3 stars it's because of the delivery and not the product itself. My package was delivered by UPS. I had 3 different delivery date forecasts, not practical for organizing. Then the package was dropped off at a relay 20 minutes from my home, which is 40 minutes round trip to get my package. They could have found something closer!

I ordered Wear Moi Wilson Dark Grey men's tights, size L. I've had other pairs of Wear Moi tights which I've been very happy with. They are waist length and are made with 91% cotton. They fit very well, and I assumed the Wilson tights, even though they are made with a different fabric, would also fit well. I was wrong. I'd used the size chart Wear Moi provides, but when they came, I found they were baggy around the ankles and the crotch sagged. I was very disappointed as I liked the design of the shoulder straps/suspenders. I wish Wear Moi had similar suspenders on their cotton blend tights.

I did not receive the color I wanted!

A botched delivery: in my absence, the package was dropped off at a bakery in the neighborhood where I am very poorly received: I am first told that the delivery point does not work with this carrier; then I am asked for information that I do not have (the package number would not be enough contrary to what the email I received indicates...); after a long wait without explanation, the seller comes back and finally tells me to come back in a less and less courteous tone. Then, miracle, the package is found at the last minute in a corner! It is handed to me without the slightest apology. Conclusion: my experience? Meh...

Products are good but takes too long to deliver

Leider war das Kleid nicht die Größe meiner Tochter, und wir mussten viel Porto zahlen, um sie zurückzubekommen, und wir mussten eine größere Größe bestellen! In Deutschland kaufen wir ab 40 Euro abwärts, müssen wir keine Rückgabegebühr zahlen, aber sie schicken uns einen Code, wir scannen ihn und das war's! Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich es gekauft habe, denn das spielt keine Rolle!

I bought more than 40 tunics in total and 3 of them are not identical to the others. New model. No commercial gesture...

The delivery address and contact number put on my package were both wrong, not the correct information I put in my order, and caused problem in delivery.

I ordered and then the item was out of stock, I got the refund with proof quite quickly but still stock error I returned a product for which I have not yet received the refund (but still a short delay), however I had to pay for the return The delivery times are long

Delivery times are far too long and I haven't received a discount yet, even though I run a ballet school.

I received the order with a rather long delay. I made a return last week because one of the bodysuits was too small and I still have no news about the refund.

Very good, except for the half-points that may not suit my size/foot shape.

Recommended tips for Egyptian feet, but in reality, it's not suitable at all. For width XXX, my daughter and I have a medium-narrow foot: it's too wide for me and too narrow for her.

When the package came I had to pay extra 10e for the transport. That wasn’t included on the receipt

My leotard has a strap sewn onto the wrong place, i contacted costumer service but the compensation couldve been better (i got a coupon in the price of my order)

Home delivery scheduled, destination error by the carrier without warning then rescheduled email sent at 8:30 saying that the package will arrive during the day only to end up being placed in a parcel relay even though it is perfectly compatible with the mailbox. Choose another carrier.

Very beautiful products but 2 months between order and delivery is really long

The quality was better than Capezio, the fabric is softer, and the padding on the dance belt is much more comfortable. However, I am giving this a three star review because my full order details were exposed on the outside of the packaging itself, and then the same return paperwork was also placed inside the package. My payment information, items, and total amount paid were clearly visible. While including return paperwork inside is normal, displaying it on the outside shows a serious lack of discretion.

Disappointed with the order. I wanted to reorder two skirts of a model that I already had but this one fits differently. It is not at all the same model. And regarding the two bodysuits of the same size, however, one model is too small.

One of the straps of the leotard is sewn in a way that creates a twist, it's uncomfortable for my daughter. I plan to unpick one side to fix it. I didn't expect to have to do sewing on a new leotard.

Nice product, very slow delivery...waiting almost 2 months to recieve...

The product deserves 5 stars, but a 3-week delivery time for an item that was in stock warrants a 2-star deduction. Unfortunately.

I have always been happy with Molyo, I have been buying Wear Moi for over 15 years, this time the delivery was scandalous, the order paid on September 25th and it still hasn't been completed to this day!

Very long delays despite high shipping costs: order shipped more than 10 days after purchase (04/10) and received on 17/10 without any explanation.

Took way too long to deliver

First we had problems contacting the company, we sent emails in July, we got reply in August, the point shoes could be sent in the middle of September and at the end they were postponed for the October. Not sure why. We had to give up of the point shoes because this was very late for us.

The quality is ok, but the service is poor, first it charges shipping, and it says free return but it doesn't include the shipment. very inconvenient.

Package lost by TNT FedEx. At €10 shipping fee (when a Colissimo costs €6), that's expensive for not receiving your packages.

No VAT deduction and the payment of the customs duty upon arrival is added. That makes the order expensive!

The products are of good quality but the sizes are absurd! A leotard for 12-14 years is far too small for the 8-year-old girl who wears size 10... and returns are at our expense, which I find unreasonable when the brand sizes so poorly and is so out of touch! Let's not talk about the carrier chosen by the brand, TNT, which is a real joke (except that it's anything but funny): four so-called unsuccessful attempts (even though I was at home and he never rang the bell), a whole story to retrieve the package late... but I willingly admit that if the carrier is a disaster, the Wearmoi service did its best to resolve the situation by rescheduling a delivery. Nevertheless, all this means that I will not repurchase.

I eNt change the size of 2 dance belt. How I can do this? Thanks

TNT transport is null, does not go to the scheduled delivery location and gives a pickup location for the product that must suit him.

The products are of good quality but expensive. However, there is no possibility to return items that do not fit in-store. They must be sent back and then you have to wait a certain time before the refund. In the meantime, I have to go back to the store to repurchase the item in the right size, knowing that I have not received the refund for the first one.
