The products I received were very good and met my expectations. The big drawback is the carrier (TNT) who doesn't bother to deliver the parcels and drops them off directly at the relay point. The point relais confirmed that their delivery driver does this for two villages on his round. I have informed the carrier of this problem but have had no feedback. Very pleasant experience. The products exceeded my expectations and when there was an issue with the shipping company, which was outside of WearMois control, I called their customer service. The young woman there was very friendly and got back to be with an update after less than an hour. Their products have not disappointed on quality either, no rippling with my tights either.
I have also found their rewards program to be very generous. I would fully endorse this company.
