Very long delays despite high shipping costs: order shipped more than 10 days after purchase (04/10) and received on 17/10 without any explanation.

Great prices, always nice quality, but long waiting time for delivery. If you order uniform keep in mind to order 1.5- month in advance

The products I bought are of very good quality: I’m happy with my purchase. Only minus side: the shipping took very long, but at least I was aware.

Pedí unas mallas personalizadas, y aunque me pareció excesivo el tiempo de fabricación, si lo tienes en cuenta y haces el pedido con tiempo sabiendo las fechas, la entrega se realiza el día justo que te dan al momento de realizar el pedido. A mi hijo le encantaron sus mallas.

Package lost by TNT FedEx. At €10 shipping fee (when a Colissimo costs €6), that's expensive for not receiving your packages.

No VAT deduction and the payment of the customs duty upon arrival is added. That makes the order expensive!

The products are of good quality but the sizes are absurd! A leotard for 12-14 years is far too small for the 8-year-old girl who wears size 10... and returns are at our expense, which I find unreasonable when the brand sizes so poorly and is so out of touch! Let's not talk about the carrier chosen by the brand, TNT, which is a real joke (except that it's anything but funny): four so-called unsuccessful attempts (even though I was at home and he never rang the bell), a whole story to retrieve the package late... but I willingly admit that if the carrier is a disaster, the Wearmoi service did its best to resolve the situation by rescheduling a delivery. Nevertheless, all this means that I will not repurchase.

My garments are beautiful and true to size. The customer service was excellent: when I emailed them for a little problem, the reply was kind, fast and very professional. And they solved the problem immediately! Can't wait for my next purchase :)
