The experience of designing my own leotard, and the end result are 5 stars, very good. But the delivery was very messy and slow, not good at all. It seemed TNT was delivering on the expected date, but at the last minute it changed to the criptic "scheduled delivery pending". I was patient for a week, and then tried to contact Wear Moi. No answer, the phone number didn't work. TNT informed me they never received the package in the first place. In the end, I got a message from Wear Moi that they would contact the factory, and would let me know what was wrong. Then, without warning or any updates, the package arrived. So it felt messy, and the communication was very poor. I'm used to emails telling me when my order is delayed.

My daughter loves these leotards and costumes Fits well, great quality and gorgeous colour. Delivery was an issue this time. Placed the order with a dispatch date given. Almost a week after this date the order was still saying it was waiting to be processed. Two emails, and a few more day later I received a reply to say it was being dispatched that day. Arrived literally hours before the costume was needed. Never hat this problem before when ordering from Wearmoi.

I was twice emailed by Wear Moi that I was the lucky recipient of a birthday present on my last two birthdays but received nothing and my enquiries were ignored. If I get the product I need for the ballet school elsewhere, I would
