The products I received were very good and met my expectations. The big drawback is the carrier (TNT) who doesn't bother to deliver the parcels and drops them off directly at the relay point. The point relais confirmed that their delivery driver does this for two villages on his round. I have informed the carrier of this problem but have had no feedback.
