I bought a downpipe for a GT turbo, the quality is good and well finished, but the measurements do not fit the original downpipe at all, so where it does not fit with the original (independent collectors from another brand and original starter motor) this downpipe does fit, the solution was to resend it and weld a supplement to the base where it connects with the turbo to have the original measurements and not hit anywhere, paying for the shipping and the stainless supplement myself (about 50 euros more) and grateful that they did not charge me for the labor to weld the piece to keep the original measurements, another issue is that the downpipe is not prepared to put the supplement so it does not fit on the turbo because it does not have countersinking for the nuts, I had to change the turbo studs for longer ones. Conclusion, it has been a torment.

Hello Sergio,
Thank you for your comment and for explaining your experience.
We are glad to know that you found the quality and finish of the downpipe to be good.
In your case, the vehicle had modified collectors and the geometry did not correspond with the original position, so the downpipe did not fit as it would in a stock configuration. Our first intention was to manufacture a downpipe specifically adapted for your setup, but when we received the piece we saw that it had been hit/modified to try to make it fit and it was no longer possible to reuse it or completely remake it.
Finally, following your suggestion, we made a modification by adding a base to correct the position so that you could install it in your car, charging only for the material and not for the labor of the modification.
We also take this opportunity to mention that if a piece does not fit in a car with modifications, it is better not to hit or modify the piece and send it to us, as we can modify it or manufacture an adapted piece to fit correctly.
We are sorry that the experience has been complicated and we appreciate your comment, as it helps us to continue improving.
Best regards.
