Hello Sir, Your order was placed on Saturday, December 11 and shipped on Monday, December 13. It was delivered on Thursday December 16th. You could have received it one day earlier but I think that this extra day delay is due to the overload of packages and letters for the holidays.
Is it possible to modify your notice => you have put a delay of 1 month instead of 5 days ? I am also sorry if the box arrived damaged during the journey. Thank you very much.
