I had ordered hydrogen peroxide and you sent sodium percarbonate....which I am not going to use. Useless purchase and very disappointing.

I am satisfied with the shipment of my order of products, the materials, and the training purchased. However, I think it would be wise to integrate videos for the actions performed to ensure proper understanding. I had to search for external videos to confirm my understanding.

Meh.. the result is not what I expected with 2 sessions, I had to do a 3rd one..

Effective and practical device, good tank capacity, responsive customer service, however delivery is a bit long...

Following professional teeth whitening, I wanted to try Whitecare's with trays, blue light and 10% gel. For barely a week, I alternated between using the Whitecare material (for 25 minutes) and wearing my customized trays (overnight). The result is completely satisfactory. On the other hand, I find the Whitecare aligners very uncomfortable: they're not adapted to my dentition, they make me salivate a lot and the product is quickly swallowed. I prefer to wear my customized aligners all night long, but then I don't get the benefit of the light. I didn't feel any sensitivity to the product: I'm thinking of trying the 16% one soon. I intend to continue using Whitecare for regular whitening to maintain the effect. I reserve the right to comment in a few months' time on what I think of it after prolonged use.

The product whitens visibly, but in my case not sufficiently, my teeth staining is due to an antibiotic and not to coffee stains or other dirt.

Having had a delay for the delivery of my parcel, I contacted the number provided, the person was very very unpleasant she told me she had sent me an email when I had received nothing after telling me that I should learn to look at my emails she realized her error and said that the email was not sent. Very unpleasant person, no respect for the consumer.

Hello, I know that your products are of high quality so I have total confidence in using your products. Unfortunately, the results are unpredictable and with such a low level of peroxide, we are far from what our customers would like to obtain in terms of color.

Before ordering I wrote to Whitecare for information and got no answer, same for receiving the order. I have some questions to ask.

Very good product that I have been using regularly for a little over 2 years but I am surprised at the huge price increase in 3 months for this item.
