Box delivered on time. The color chart was missing, I was immediately contacted by customer service who sent me one as soon as possible. Application of the product not unpleasant at all, no discomfort or irritation (and yet I have sensitive teeth). Visible improvement after the first application, I will continue with the rest. Very good product, I just used it once and I won a shade, little problem with the gutters, going on the site to take advice, I put the gutters in hot water and I think it was too hot, they curled up on them and then difficulties to use them, so little advice, water not too hot, otherwise perfect, recommend.
