The salesman by telephone showed a great professionalism by indicating me all the necessary information so that I can go to seek my parcel. A person took the trouble to take note of all the elements communicated and suggested that his colleague call me back as soon as possible. This person called me back the same morning, he was very understanding and listened to my embarrassment.
