Good product that meets expectations. Just the spray was delivered without a sprayer, which is disappointing because there is a lot of product loss.

I am satisfied with the shipment of my order of products, the materials, and the training purchased. However, I think it would be wise to integrate videos for the actions performed to ensure proper understanding. I had to search for external videos to confirm my understanding.

Honestly, customer service is top-notch, super responsive. The products are pleasant to use and very easy to apply by oneself. However, being used to teeth whitening, I don't see any major changes for now. Maybe it's a more gradual effect, we'll see over time — I will continue the test.

Following professional teeth whitening, I wanted to try Whitecare's with trays, blue light and 10% gel. For barely a week, I alternated between using the Whitecare material (for 25 minutes) and wearing my customized trays (overnight). The result is completely satisfactory. On the other hand, I find the Whitecare aligners very uncomfortable: they're not adapted to my dentition, they make me salivate a lot and the product is quickly swallowed. I prefer to wear my customized aligners all night long, but then I don't get the benefit of the light. I didn't feel any sensitivity to the product: I'm thinking of trying the 16% one soon. I intend to continue using Whitecare for regular whitening to maintain the effect. I reserve the right to comment in a few months' time on what I think of it after prolonged use.

The product whitens visibly, but in my case not sufficiently, my teeth staining is due to an antibiotic and not to coffee stains or other dirt.

Hello, I know that your products are of high quality so I have total confidence in using your products. Unfortunately, the results are unpredictable and with such a low level of peroxide, we are far from what our customers would like to obtain in terms of color.

Package delivered in 48h on the positive side. What is missing is a booklet with the counter indications and the indications. The training on the phone is good but it would have been necessary to have a complementary support. Be careful with the aligners, because when you order, you will only be sent women's models, so remember to specify that you need men's aligners. For the rest I wait to test. But otherwise very positive and very pleasant and friendly team. I recommend it!
