We are sorry that the initially chosen pickup point could not be respected.

However, the delivery person does not decide to change the delivery location based on their own estimation of the distance to your home. This redirection generally occurs when the selected pickup point is saturated or temporarily unable to receive new packages, especially during sale periods.

In this situation, the carrier chooses another available pickup point nearby. This helps avoid the return of the package to the sender as well as additional delivery delays.

We are sorry for this delivery delay. However, we would like to clarify that the delivery fees to the pickup point you paid were €6.10 and not €10.

Your order was placed on May 31, shipped from our warehouse on June 2, and delivered by the carrier on June 10. Our site indicates a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after shipping, which may exceptionally be extended depending on the period or the carrier's circumstances.

We understand your disappointment, but this delay remains independent of our will once the package is handed over to the carrier.

For clarification, your Powergrip gloves were indeed received on 17/02/2025, with your first contact on 06/08/2025. Our gloves, like any protective accessory for training, are considered consumable products: they are not guaranteed for life and wear depends heavily on frequency, intensity, and type of use. Therefore, we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund for wear observed 6 months after purchase. In order to still find a solution, we offered you a commercial gesture of 15% discount, beyond the offers already available via the newsletter. Thank you for your feedback regarding our grips. The problem you describe, where the grips wrap around the bar, can occur if their size is too large. If they extend more than 2 cm beyond your fingers, it can cause a 'rolling' effect. In this case, trying a smaller size might resolve the issue. Note that thanks to their strong grip, our grips stay in place and do not move on the bar. However, if the grip is too large and the hand wearing it is too small, it creates a larger adhesive surface, which can accentuate the rolling during movements such as muscle-ups. If you have any doubts about the size, send us a photo of your hands with the grips on the bar, and we will gladly advise you. We remain at your disposal for any questions.
