It may happen that the relay point initially selected is no longer available at the time of delivery (temporary closure, saturation of storage capacity, etc.). In this case, in order to avoid the return of the package to our logistics warehouse, we request its drop-off at a relay point located nearby.
This solution significantly reduces delays and ensures you a faster receipt of your order.

We are sorry for this delivery delay. However, we would like to clarify that the delivery fees to the pickup point you paid were €6.10 and not €10.

Your order was placed on May 31, shipped from our warehouse on June 2, and delivered by the carrier on June 10. Our site indicates a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days after shipping, which may exceptionally be extended depending on the period or the carrier's circumstances.

We understand your disappointment, but this delay remains independent of our will once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Hello Michael, As mentioned in our email exchanges, we cannot attest to the actual use of the gloves over time. For clarification, your Powergrip gloves were indeed received on 17/02/2025, with your first contact on 06/08/2025. Our gloves, like any protective accessory for training, are considered consumable products: they are not guaranteed for life and wear depends heavily on frequency, intensity, and type of use. Therefore, we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund for wear observed 6 months after purchase. In order to still find a solution, we offered you a commercial gesture of 15% discount, beyond the offers already available via the newsletter. Their performance may vary depending on the type of training bar, which could explain your feeling; if the bars are smooth, the grip is not as extreme as with the Powergrip Fusion. As their name indicates, these grips are made of carbon fiber. To benefit from their full performance, they must be used on rough bars and with chalk, as we specify in their product sheet.
