Customer reviews of WODANDGO

Thank you for your feedback Laeticia

As previously mentioned by email, after investigation the carrier confirmed the proper delivery of your order. This has indeed been confirmed as the package has finally been found.
Regarding the color difference of the mitts, an email has been sent to all affected customers to propose suitable solutions (exchange or commercial gesture)
Our customer service remains of course available. We invite you to get back to us by email so that we can finalize a solution.

Hello Anaïs,
We have launched an investigation with the carrier to locate your package and will keep you informed as soon as we have a response.
We remain available by email.

Thank you for your feedback Irène!
Even though some competitors are cheaper and include a cuff, we chose to prioritize manufacturing quality, which explains the price difference.
A complete pack with cuff + storage bag is still available for 5 € more.
Thank you again for your feedback!

Thank you for your feedback Lucas

Hello, We are truly sorry for this situation. After checking, we see that your order, dated November 17, 2025, was indeed handed over to Mondial Relay on 18/11/2025. However, we fully understand your concern regarding the delivery delay. We have opened an investigation today, November 25, 2025, to understand the reason for this delay and to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience. Best regards, The WODANDGO Customer Service

Thank you Raphaël for your feedback, your satisfaction is our priority!

Hello, We are truly sorry for the situation you are experiencing and we fully understand your dissatisfaction. As mentioned in our email exchanges, the package currently appears as delivered and signed by the carrier, which is in total contradiction with what you are indicating. This is precisely why an investigation has been opened with the carrier to verify what actually happened (delivery error, signature fraud, etc.). At this stage, we are awaiting the conclusions of this investigation. As soon as we have an official response, we will get back to you by email to offer you a solution adapted to your situation. Even though the delivery is carried out by an external provider, we take this type of problem very seriously and remain at your disposal by email for any further questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
