Response from WODANDGO
Hello Federica, Thank you for your message and your patience. Indeed, as mentioned in the email, our restock was unfortunately lost by our carrier. This delayed the shipping of the orders containing the grips you ordered. We have immediately restarted production, and the new delivery is expected within a few days. Your order will be shipped as soon as received. Again, sorry for this unforeseen delay — we are doing our best to send you everything as quickly as possible.

The product does not meet my expectations.
Translated reviews
Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that the Gym Grips CarbonGrip - Blue - 3 holes - size L do not meet your expectations. To better understand and assist you, could you please specify what you were expecting from this product? Was it a grip issue during your training? These grips are designed to provide good adherence on rough bars and can be used with or without chalk depending on your preferences. Their performance may vary depending on the type of training bar, which could explain your feeling; if the bars are smooth, the grip is not as extreme as with the Powergrip Fusion. It is possible that they are not suitable for the equipment you are using. Do not hesitate to contact us directly: we would be happy to recommend a pair more suited to your needs. Finally, as a reminder, this pair was part of our Punch Operation, offered at an exceptional price of €10.49. A good testing opportunity, but it still requires good technical use to get the best out of it. The WODANDGO team.

Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for your feedback Raphaël. We are sorry to learn that the information regarding the shipping delay was not clearly communicated to you. At the time of your order, a message regarding this was displayed at the cart stage, as well as a banner on our site to warn of this exceptional delay due to a logistics change. We completely understand your frustration and apologize for this inconvenience. Rest assured, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its progress. We hope the product will meet your expectations once in your hands. Thank you for your patience. The Wodandgo team.

Your review seems to indicate a misunderstanding that we wish to clarify. The product you ordered – the PowerGrip Fusion – was clearly indicated as a pre-order at the time of purchase, both on the product page and in several places on our website. Delivery was announced for mid-May, which was respected: all orders were shipped between May 10 and 12, as planned. Regarding your message and your call: we receive a large number of requests, and we do our best to respond quickly, but a delay can sometimes occur. This does not mean that your request is ignored. Before leaving a negative review, it is important to take into account the information that was available at the time of the order. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions about your delivery. The Wodandgo team

I switched to the new pink ones, as the black ones broke twice. Extremely disappointed with the quality, slips +++ no grip hyper thick unusable especially for the very disappointing price.
Translated reviews
Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for your feedback Sophie. We would like to clarify a few points: the pink grips you ordered are not a new model. They are the Carbongrip, the very first model we marketed at Wodandgo. As their name indicates, these grips are made of carbon fiber. To benefit from their full performance, they must be used on rough bars and with chalk, as we specify in their product sheet. Since their launch, no change of material has been made. Regarding the

you mentioned, we only see one order under your name (the pink Carbongrip). Therefore, it is difficult for us to identify exactly which black model you are referring to. Perhaps you were referring to the Powergrip, which are made of rubber, offering extreme grip on smooth bars. Please feel free to contact us directly. We will be happy to advise you more specifically in addition to the explanations present on each product sheet.
