We are sorry that the initially chosen pickup point could not be respected.

However, the delivery person does not decide to change the delivery location based on their own estimation of the distance to your home. This redirection generally occurs when the selected pickup point is saturated or temporarily unable to receive new packages, especially during sale periods.

In this situation, the carrier chooses another available pickup point nearby. This helps avoid the return of the package to the sender as well as additional delivery delays.

The Gymgrip 2.0 are not designed to provide an 'ultra-sticky' grip on the bar. They offer a light and controlled grip, intended for athletes who prefer to maintain fluidity in transitions and keep a natural feel on the bar. The use of chalk is also recommended to achieve the best possible grip.

If you are looking for maximum adherence on smooth bars and without chalk, we recommend you to consider our PowerGrip V2 model, which has been specially designed for this purpose. Regarding the discomfort in the wrists, this can happen during the first uses, while the grips adapt to your morphology. We advise you to adjust the straps well and, if necessary, to wear wrist protectors for more comfort. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need help or advice!

Thank you for your feedback regarding our grips. The problem you describe, where the grips wrap around the bar, can occur if their size is too large. If they extend more than 2 cm beyond your fingers, it can cause a 'rolling' effect. In this case, trying a smaller size might resolve the issue. Note that thanks to their strong grip, our grips stay in place and do not move on the bar. However, if the grip is too large and the hand wearing it is too small, it creates a larger adhesive surface, which can accentuate the rolling during movements such as muscle-ups. If you have any doubts about the size, send us a photo of your hands with the grips on the bar, and we will gladly advise you. We remain at your disposal for any questions.
