I received them well. From the first use, better grip, but after the WOD, the grips are already a bit damaged. Let's see how long they last. Are they guaranteed for at least 1 year?

Response from WODANDGO
Thank you for your feedback, Alexandra! If these are small threads present on the sides, it is not wear, but simply the Kevlar working. You can cut them with scissors; it has no impact on the grips.

The purchase itself did not pose any problem, but I am very dissatisfied with the delivery. I had specifically chosen a delivery location at Carrefour Market Reignier and the delivery person decided to deliver it elsewhere (butcher Kaya) thinking it was closer to my home. It would therefore be appreciated if your provider respects the instructions.

Hello,
We are sorry that the initially chosen pickup point could not be respected.
However, the delivery person does not decide to change the delivery location based on their own estimation of the distance to your home. This redirection generally occurs when the selected pickup point is saturated or temporarily unable to receive new packages, especially during sale periods.
In this situation, the carrier chooses another available pickup point nearby. This helps avoid the return of the package to the sender as well as additional delivery delays.
We thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The WODANDGO team
