The products sold are attractive and as described. On the other hand, I find it hard to understand how the site works: products are put in stock when they are not, immediate debit before shipping (even if the product is not in stock!) I had to send several emails before getting a reply from customer service and I received my products 10 days after the expected date. too bad!

I purchased two collectible figurines and a Disney-themed mug: the package was shipped very quickly (although, unfortunately, the Italian courier delayed the delivery for reasons unrelated to Gift City), the packaging was perfect and really shock-proof (in addition to being the boxes really very nice) and the pieces ordered are even nicer than on the site. I am really satisfied and hope to be able to buy from this online store again.
