I'm a regular user of this site, but it's been a while since I've ordered from it. The service is as impeccable as ever. Order sent the same day I placed it, with tracking. The free postage from 49€ is very much appreciated and the package is well cared for. Figurines in perfect condition, magnificent!

An article arrived broken. On this site there is no way to talk to anyone verbally. They promised me a replacement saying I had to prepare the package and then tell them to send me the courier, I wrote three emails no response.
