Hello, Since our site exists, loyalty points are validated within 3 working days after the delivery of the order then you have one year to use them. Everything is well specified in the rules and in the GTC.

The only problem is that you don't get to keep the stars you've earned. After a year, poof, it's over, we start again.

Hello, CLUB stars are a "plus" offered free of charge by our site to our most loyal customers. To join for a year, all you have to do is make a minimum purchase of €50 and benefit from automatic discounts and more advantageous vouchers for 365 days. This seems to us to be a fairly reasonable timeframe, and not a defect given the very principle of the CLUB. Sincerely

Ordered 2 figurines, one arrived perfectly fine, the other broken. After the disappointment, it's the lack of courtesy from the person answering the phone and the lack of explanation when it comes to the explanation of the suite that makes me give such an average mark.
