The product packaging was very well done. The item corresponds in every respect to its description. However, the delivery was a disaster. I followed the delivery man and he came within 5 minutes of my house but did not deliver. I had to contact the delivery service for a new delivery.

Very well packaged to protect the products purchased, which are well represented and compliant on their site. (happy with the creation of the wish list). I had a problem with the delivery to my relay point: "refused and returned to sender". I immediately notified Cadeaucity by e-mail, enclosing the carrier's tracking e-mail. After some exchanges with Cadeaucity, they prepared a new order for me, which was immediately sent back by another carrier, following their good advice and my agreement. Cadeaucity's staff are attentive to their customers, accommodating and friendly. I've always had good telephone and e-mail contacts over the years. MANY THANKS.
