The tracking of your parcel indicates that on 24/12 at 12h22, the deliveryman called you on 0647XXXX10 and that you instructed him to leave the parcel at a relay point. However, despite our reminders, you never picked up the parcel at the tobacconist's, whose address and times you were given. This is why the parcel was finally returned to us yesterday. We will contact you today to refund you or send you a new parcel if you wish.
