For the package sent to Vouvray: Received on time. Well packed. I offered the cat angel to my brother who is delighted! The other package sent to Juan les Pins. I ordered seven willow tree angels, all of which were immediately available at the time of purchase. Not receiving confirmation of prompt shipment, after inquiring via email, I was informed that in fact two of the angels were awaiting supply. I therefore requested that they be replaced with two others that were immediately available, and customer service was helpful in accommodating my request. So after the initial misunderstanding, the shipment was successful and I can be satisfied with my purchase. The prices are great and I also appreciated the care in packaging.

At a request from me about the arrival time, I was promptly updated on the status of the order. I am pleased with the purchase, including the cost competitiveness.
