Cittadelregalo is an excellent online store. You can find many gift items at the right price. Several times you happen to find items on offer and with the points system you get vouchers to spend on orders. The deliveries are fast. Only negative note:the restocking of sold out merchandise (not sure when and if it will be available for sale again)... otherwise: Recommended +++++

Unfortunately, on the more than 3,000 items and the dozens of brands offered that arrive from all over the world, it is impossible to get this information from each manufacturer and accurately. If an item is temporarily unavailable but continues to be visible on the site, it means that it will become available for sale again later, while if production is terminated the item is also removed from the site. I bought an item from Britto to give as a gift,unfortunately the packaging was completely broken. To remedy this,I had to create a gift box that contained other products,so that I would not have to give the single item as a gift without packaging. The package had probably been inspected before delivery,but it was not accompanied by any receipt indicating this. Upon receipt of the order, the package appeared to be intact because it had been packed twice.

It is unfortunate that you waited seven days to put a negative review without contacting us directly first. We also have a toll-free number, and we would have solved the problem in no time by replacing the part and asked the courier company for reimbursement of transportation costs due to the fact that someone opened the package before delivering it to you. I am on my first purchase in this virtual store and I must say that everything is very simple and immediate, both the steps of signing up and filling the cart and completing the purchase with payment. Shipping was free above a minimum expenditure of 50 euros and so it was, also the delivery was reasonably fast with a total of 4 (working) days elapsed between purchase and receipt of goods. I therefore recommend this e-shop site should you be interested in its products.
