I purchased a two figurines depicting mom and baby and dad and baby as a wish for the new family being formed for two friends who just got married. The gift was greatly appreciated! These statues have the ability to convey strong emotions in the gestures, positions, the technique used to work the wood. Congratulations!!! I don't know if it's already active, but I would propose these statuettes also in favor and fair trade stores keeping in mind that a part of the purchase could be donated for good-solidarity purposes! As a first purchase experience on this site, I would definitely call it positive. I found a wide selection of interesting products at competitive prices and, specifically, the product I chose arrived undamaged and in accordance with what I viewed on the site. The only small flaw that did not make me give the 5 stars is the poor notice time between the communication of the departure of the shipment and the attempted delivery by the courier (e-mail received at 11 pm and attempted delivery the next morning) that did not allow me to arrange for pickup. Still, it's a site I would recommend.

Our shipments always take place with the tracking number that is sent directly from the courier (SDA) by email the same evening of the shipment and allows you to follow online the various stages of the path of the package (day of departure, transit, delivery ... ). I purchased multiple items in a single order and these were jammed into a single box without padding on three sides of the package. The result: although on the outside it looked okay, once I opened the package I had a bitter surprise; one of the three items arrived with the cardboard torn and the styrofoam shredded, with the statue dancing in it. The site is called "Gift City," but who would gift an item reduced to this state!!!?

Good morning Claudio, thank you for your comment, we would like to point out that your item was packed in a "preformed" mold of polystyrene a few centimeters thick, then placed in its original box and finally in a carton suitable for transport closed by security tape. We are sorry that in spite of this care, in your case the box had some dented edges, evidently during transportation there were not the proper precautions that we demand from those who provide such service. We will urge our shipping department to be more careful to avoid these unpleasant incidents, and this although the high level of satisfaction shown by customers with our deliveries has been constant over the years (never let your guard down).
