Our e-mail did indeed refer to a delay of 2-3 weeks, and reminded you that you could cancel your order at any time. You can of course return the item to us for a full refund.

Top fast and careful shipping Parconte I've noticed for some time that the more the years go by the more the figurines are more and more expensive. It's a shame not to have promo codes for pre-orders for 3-star members in addition to discounts. I'm a very loyal customer and order almost every month, but I find that there aren't so many rewards once you're a 3-star member.

I ordered a week in advance and the shipping cost was around 6€. It was for Christmas. I didn't receive it in time. I had asked an advisor if I could expect it without paying the postage. He said yes. I preferred to take the initiative. I don't recommend it for last-minute purchases.

This parcel was ready for delivery to the address indicated on 20/12, but there was a redirection contract for this address. La Poste was therefore unable to deliver and resent the parcel to the redirection address. We're very sorry about this disappointment, but if you had told us that the address was redirected, we would never have promised you delivery before Christmas. Address redirections are handled directly by La Poste, and we have absolutely no control over delivery times. We can only guarantee delivery to the address indicated on your order.

I ordered seven willow tree angels, all of which were immediately available at the time of purchase. Not receiving confirmation of prompt shipment, after inquiring via email, I was informed that in fact two of the angels were awaiting supply. I therefore requested that they be replaced with two others that were immediately available, and customer service was helpful in accommodating my request. So after the initial misunderstanding, the shipment was successful and I can be satisfied with my purchase. The prices are great and I also appreciated the care in packaging.

You ordered an item that was not in stock and was estimated to ship between December 7 and 12. We contacted you right after you placed the order to make sure you understood, and offered to cancel if you wanted to. You wanted to keep the order. Your package was shipped on December 10 and delivered on December 12. We therefore met the stated deadlines perfectly. Sorry, but we think this comment is very unfair.

Nothing to say about the service, really faultless, I would have to complain about the contact with the site to place the order...the day before it gave it at 51€ with free delivery and I didn't understand why it didn't let me place the order (even after updating the password), the next day it reported it to me at 48€ but with the delivery cost... after the order I got the email with the flash offers and, the same item was offered at 43€... no comment!
