I ordered seven willow tree angels, all of which were immediately available at the time of purchase. Not receiving confirmation of prompt shipment, after inquiring via email, I was informed that in fact two of the angels were awaiting supply. I therefore requested that they be replaced with two others that were immediately available, and customer service was helpful in accommodating my request. So after the initial misunderstanding, the shipment was successful and I can be satisfied with my purchase. The prices are great and I also appreciated the care in packaging.

I ordered figurines for a Christmas gift. They arrived on time despite the fact that one item was missing. At a request from me about the arrival time, I was promptly updated on the status of the order. I am pleased with the purchase, including the cost competitiveness. Fairly wide choice of Provencal miniature houses, but could do with a little renewal (every year we order 2 houses and run out). Very fast delivery, careful packaging. Never had any problems.
