My package arrived late with exchange problems during shipping...from the 12th that I placed the order it arrived on the 21st thanks to a tip from me...good thing I moved well in advance not knowing the site...otherwise I wouldn't have gotten my goods on time...the Lady who handled my paperwork was very nice and courteous. I hope next time she will be more accurate

Good morning, Unfortunately, the problems with delayed deliveries are due to ongoing labor demonstrations at the carrier's HUBs, which are forced to route packages to other sorting centers. Despite the fact that this inconvenience is not due to our will or to an internal problem of our own, we are unfortunately aware that customers hold us responsible by noting with less than positive reviews our performance. Statuette conforms to the description, with some inaccuracies due to the fact that it is hand painted, but overall still very very beautiful. The figurine arrived in pristine condition and the speed of shipping was also good, less than a week. The only problem is that the color does not match the picture on the website. In the picture the color of the dress is more intense, burgundy red, while to me it came in an orangey red, and there is quite a difference.
