The site is easily searchable with some interesting offerings. Professional customer service, I was immediately contacted by an operator for some suggestions to ensure receipt of important information. Timely and punctual communication about receipt of order, preparation and shipment of goods. Delivery times are perfectly met even during the vacation season. Excellent packaging and quality of items purchased.

The site is very good, serious and above all convenient; I leave 5 stars for the ease of navigation of purchase and pet the very fast shipping. The only flaw is the system of points that are convertible into vouchers: they are credited a few days after the arrival of the package at home, you have to turn them into a voucher that will be spendable only 7 days later. However, it is still a cash discount and quibdi one more thing.

I love willow trees and rediscovering the gift city was a pleasant surprise ....unlike others here you find combinations that meet the needs ..specifically I wanted to give a friend the mom with daughters that as a composition does not exist ..there are only the individual figurines but the cost would be high ....at the gift city I found at a really affordable price the mom and her daughters ...now I will make the gift and I am sure it will be a success . Shipping arrived sooner than I could have predicted ..great ..I am satisfied and will purchase again .

Everything perfect ,from the workmanship to the punctuality in delivery. Only one note: the figures appear a mulatto color (I do not know if wanted to please more 'ethnic groups) and the unborn child and' very "masculine" ... probably a less defined figure would have been more 'welcome to those who as it does find themselves celebrating the birth of a little girl.

When such cases occur we must imperatively write reservations on the carrier's delivery note at the very moment the goods are delivered (as written in the security tape that closes our cartons), immediately check the contents (always in the presence of the carrier) and if necessary refuse the package. However, we are happy to learn that everything inside was complete and undamaged :) Sincerely

Good morning, It would be really interesting to have more details regarding the packaging you received. For our company, not getting top marks with every shipment is a disappointment and we are always very sorry about that. The items we shipped to you were packaged in a styrofoam box whose mold completely wrapped the products. Everything was placed in a packing carton suitable for shipping, and environmentally friendly styrofoam was placed inside to fill the spaces and prevent shaking during transport. Finally, the sealing is done with reinforced security tape.
