Fast delivery, no problem to make payment with paypal; instead on other sites sometimes 'na hard work. Packing the products perfectly: one box with 3 Jim Shore angels inside...I thought they made one for each item (so good because they don't waste packaging unnecessarily). Too bad they don't have other angels that I liked: Angel with the 'Ark, and other types that I saw on Jim Shore's site instead.....hopefully they will add more. Anyway it is 100% recommended. Lucia

I shipped with gift city for the first time I had a good time. There was a little delay due to the shipping leaving a day late. All in all not bad and the service and if you spend more than 100 € the shipping costs are included. The same product I saw in a store in Rome cost much more. And in Gift City I paid less for it.

The site is easy and intuitive, once you order the product, they send emails to let you know what status the package is in...... so you know when it's about to arrive...even the courier alerts you that it's in transit!
