I ordered a figurine but it didn't arrive because the deliveryman decided not to come to the Village anymore (long live GLS), so I had to go and pick it up at a gls depot not very close to my house. When I got home, I removed the box and threw it away. I offered the figurine a few days later and it was broken. Reply from cadeaucity: "just glue it back together! Very disappointed

Dear customer, we are very sorry about this inconvenience. After questioning the carrier, he informed us that there are major works underway in your village which will last 3 months. Some days, vehicles will be able to pass through, others not. As far as exchanging the item is concerned, our customer support simply told you that you must return the item in its original box, without which it is impossible to activate the warranty. The packing carton is of no importance. Customer support has also advised you that, in view of the sharp break and the material (resin), it would also be possible, if you wish, to glue the piece back together very neatly using conventional strong glue. In any case, we will always find a solution and appropriate compensation. We invite you to continue the discussion with our customer support team, who look forward to hearing from you.
