I purchased a Disney birthday gift. Beautiful, more beautiful than in the picture. It was shipped to me in the promised time but there was a small misunderstanding with the courier : I wrote to the customer service of the city of the gift they replied to me Immediately and they immediately took care of contacting the courier and in less than 48 hours the delivery took place.
