I purchased for the first time on Cittàdelregalo recently, and I found efficiency in everything from the purchase,to the arrival of the product itself.

Very punctual and great value for money products

Purchase arrived after 48h as written on the website. I also used the customer service and the response time was excellent. I would purchase from them again.

Nothing to say about the delivery time and conformity of the item. Only one comment. According to the recommendations concerning the receipt of the order. I checked that the package was airtight. I felt obliged to apologize to the delivery man, who replied "I'm only the delivery man". A surprising response, given the procedures to be followed in the event of an anomaly.

Nothing to say about the order and delivery time. However, I was disappointed with my purchase... (Mickey PumpkinTown lampposts). I was expecting something bigger, and above all the two lights are connected by a wire and are ultra light, and the battery box is bigger than the two lights put together... For a Halloween effect, it's not what you'd expect... Too bad... The photo is misleading...

Very good backpack as pictured my son is delighted and received quickly.

I ordered 2 Disney surprise funko pops and got the same one 2 times, so I'm disappointed.

I bought a backpack for my son who is starting middle school. It's not very practical for school stuff (too small and only one compartment inside) but it's great for sports...

I was delighted with the products and the speed of delivery, but one of the parts was broken when it arrived (I glued it back together as best I could).

Four stars because I have only had one experience so far, so I am cautious. I have had a very good experience. Fast shipping time, no hiccups, frequent communication. The feeling is that the customer is very well taken care of. Then, of course, again, I've only had one experience. It was lucky, though.

parcel never received. i contacted cadeaucity by email 2 times 7 days before inter val. it's been 10 days and i've had no reply from them.

Good prices, but delivery a little long, well everything is relative 4 days is not so great.

Very appreciated gift, however, too bad about the shipping time which was not met. I ordered on March 4 and received on the 10th. I had received an initial email from the courier notifying me that delivery would be on the 8th and then another email advising me of the delay in delivery. All in all, it is a shame since I had to pay shipping charges since my order did not reach the minimum for free shipping.

Well, it's a nice object but it looks very fragile.

Item equal to expectations. Perfect time and manner of delivery.

I bought 2 items of jim shore disney, on the products arrived in good condition well packaged, unfortunately I had a problem with the shipment I got the message that they would come by for delivery and for 2 days spent at home waiting no one was seen I contacted the courier who told me that there was no house number so I should have contacted the city of the gift whatever even if when you enter the data the system should force you to put the n. Civic I say my mistake I managed to contact the city of the gift and told me that the courier would come by that day that was not so another day spent at home waiting for no one ! Anyway apart from this inconvenience everything ok

The only flaw for me is paying shipping despite the price of what you buy which is not little! otherwise everything perfect

Delivery which, as is often the case, ended up in a point relay even though we had asked for it to be delivered to our home. Positive point: timing kept for Christmas.

Great items that arrive quickly, but some are far too expensive.

Package not delivered on time, never received and returned to sender. And of course I was charged.

The item received was broken

the service is great the products that arrive are what you ordered and the prices are competitive, only point for which I do not put 5 stars is that if you pay with paypal you are charged a fee albeit small (just over 1.8€)on the final bill. however a positive shopping experience.

The order went well as did the delivery cpdt the figurine although intact had quite a few paint defects (the holidays imminent I could not return) so I had to repaint myself some parts it's a shame given the cost of products they are not impeccable.for the rest nothing to say.

Both items are really beautiful in person...arrived early and well packaged.
