Fast delivery... good quality item.

I made a purchase about two weeks ago, arrived damaged. I contacted them on facebook the page since that is the only way to contact them and after expressing my problem they blocked me, also blocking my second facebook profile where I went to comment under one of their posts to compliment them for their politeness.So then I contacted them by email obviously attaching pictures of the item. After several emails, they send me a new item the next week, (I had to wait for them to get the return to the warehouse and then they sent me the "new" one in the meantime my niece waited, the birthday present I apparently can't give her) guaranteeing to check it before shipping it. Yesterday I get the new item and it is worse than the previous one. I wrote an email enclosing photos, but I never heard back from them. I do not recommend this site, very bad. Especially the ways they have with customers, I have never seen a page block you, they forget that I am the customer and they are the sellers. By the way, I expected them to understand and apologize, but in the end they blocked me.

the subjects I requested arrived without a hitch, as they always do. And they are superb.

Good, correct delivery

Very good site, I'd give it one star less because the prices can sometimes vary from one month to the next, but when you look more closely, sometimes the initial price is not the same as it was before the promotional offer, and some products take a long time to be restocked, so the price when it comes back is not the same.

I'm very satisfied with the figurine I bought, which is splendid, a little less so with the cadeaucity service, which charges more if you use PayPal...great shame. I received a damaged cardboard box with a hole in one side! with a bit of protection but the figurine wasn't wedged in the center, so the official box was in bad condition and every collector knows the importance of boxes...I wanted to order again with cadeaucity and a figurine (not planned as a limited edition) went from 70€ to more than 90€ because I quote "victim of its success" it's the business but so I took it elsewhere...also a shame...

The parcel arrived very well packed not disappointed the figurine is really beautiful But the preparation time of order and delivery was rather long (1 week)

I love this figurine, the only downside is the red paint on Mrs. jumbo's head which was a bit damaged, so I had to redo it.

All good, only thing is not clear how to get the gift wrap. I expected, therefore, a wrapped package....

I thought I'd get a bigger rose. Very nice color.

I ordered a figurine on March 31 and received it in perfect condition on April 08. Delay a little long but with the current situation it is quite normal. I'm really satisfied, so I'll give it 4 stars this time, as I'm waiting to see how long it will take to deliver when the situation recovers. But given the responsiveness of the people who work for the site, I think I'd quickly go up to 5 stars. They listen to me and respond quite quickly, especially to e-mail requests. Thank you very much for that!

I received my parcel quickly, however, a little more protection of the box would have been welcome. What's more, under the base of my figure are dings like traces of a cutter's neck ... It's a shame, although it doesn't show.

Very satisfied - the products that come to you match exactly what you see on the screen - On time delivery. This is not the first time I have purchased and definitely will not be the last.

Great promotions on the site, too bad it's slow and if you put items in the cart they don't get saved (if you close the page and maybe come back in a few hours later) and if you enter from your computer and then on your phone you no longer see the items you put in the cart.

Top fast and careful shipping Parconte I've noticed for some time that the more the years go by the more the figurines are more and more expensive. It's a shame not to have promo codes for pre-orders for 3-star members in addition to discounts. I'm a very loyal customer and order almost every month, but I find that there aren't so many rewards once you're a 3-star member.
