Perfect in every way, so I give it 5 stars. If I had to rate the delivery it would be 1 because I couldn't give a 0 to chronopost who don't respect the chosen relays. I'm not young anymore and I'm on foot. Walking 2 kms with a parcel in my arms is not easy for me; a little respect for the customer would be nice.

Gift City is an online shop for true passionate collectors. I have adored Jim Shore for more than 30 years and here I always find old and new items suitable to "feed" my already rich collection! Their customer service is impeccable and the shipping and delivery times have become super fast (in 2/3 days the item is at your doorstep). I will definitely be back -- as I have been doing for years now. ;-)

Great site, lots of choice, perfect packaging and fast delivery. The only hitch was the delivery by chronopost which delivers 5 times out of 6 in the wrong relay. As I'm on foot and no longer young, this is a real problem. I won't take away a star, but I'll mention it!
