Perfection for me! Team always listening and finding a solution, commercial gesture super and hyper fast and courteous. This year, all manufacturers are experiencing significant delays. As this was clearly mentioned when you placed your order, as well as on your tracking link, we are sorry to say that no commercial gesture is possible. However, you did have the option of cancelling your pre-order at any time and being reimbursed.
