Following a problem with the delivery person, I had to contact the customer service department to return my order. I have nothing to say except that the service was perfect, they changed the mode of transport (I don't recommend Chronopost) and I received everything within a few days!

Serious seller, good variety of products, I highly recommend. Small suggestion: using bubble wrap rather than pieces of polystyrene might be a better idea, in my humble opinion. All the best.

It has a very large selection of different items that you can't get hold of so easily elsewhere. The 1 star is deducted because of the return shipping. Unfortunately, you have to pay for this yourself and it costs €15. Otherwise everything is tipi topi.

Dear Simone, thank you very much for your order! We would like to clarify that the return costs in Germany are always free of charge, regardless of the reason. For international returns, these are free if there is an obvious defect, but if there is a change of mind, the shipping costs remain at the customer's expense. However, we are working with our partners and hope to be able to offer free returns from Austria in the near future.
