However, we notice that this parcel has not been delivered and seems to have been lost. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Customer service will immediately open a claim with the carrier and get back to you to find the best solution for you (sending a new parcel or refund) and will also offer you a commercial gesture for the inconvenience caused. Very well packaged to protect the products purchased, which are well represented and compliant on their site. (happy with the creation of the wish list). I had a problem with the delivery to my relay point: "refused and returned to sender". I immediately notified Cadeaucity by e-mail, enclosing the carrier's tracking e-mail. After some exchanges with Cadeaucity, they prepared a new order for me, which was immediately sent back by another carrier, following their good advice and my agreement. Cadeaucity's staff are attentive to their customers, accommodating and friendly. I've always had good telephone and e-mail contacts over the years. MANY THANKS.
