The staff answered a question I asked very quickly. Very efficient. As for the order I placed, it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I also appreciated not having to pay for postage. It was really a good experience. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll continue to sell Harry Potter DP56 parts.

Chosen for the great price of the item I was looking for (about 30€ less than all the other sites), I discovered a site that works great! Very fast deliveries and 5 star customer service: due to an oversight they had sent me the item in a different pattern than the one I requested, and in about 36 hours I got the change totally free of charge (time calculated from just reporting the error via their site's automated service!). Highly recommended!

Having thin lips and not wanting to have surgery, I had to find a solution. By chance, I came across the Loomina Lip Maximizer and was convinced by the positive reviews. I was rather skeptical, but I must admit I'm convinced. I now have fuller lips, before and after, and it's incredible! I feel much more feminine and confident.

Speed from order to delivery is perfect! The one star less comes from the quality of the product. On the contract photo, the figurine was just perfect. The one I received less so... But I'd recommend the seriousness of this company (the products are mass-produced, and so is the quality).
