I have ordered many DISNEY tradition figurines from this site. I've never been disappointed, either by the quality of the products or the speed of delivery. Unfortunately, one day I received the Big Stitch figurine with a broken ear. I contacted the site immediately, and they sent me a return label and a new product, which I received about 4 days later in perfect condition. I would recommend
