Our e-mail did indeed refer to a delay of 2-3 weeks, and reminded you that you could cancel your order at any time. You can of course return the item to us for a full refund.

Never disappointed with cadeaucity. My figurine was in the process of being restocked but I had several emails to keep me informed of my order and the figurine is splendid, even if there are a few slight defects. I hope to recommend it very soon.
