I discovered this site by chance by searching the internet for someone selling Willow Tree figurines , I found the ones I was interested in, I was able to talk to the customer service online and they were very diligent and efficient. They still followed me up with several emails during the purchase and most importantly the order arrived within 48 hrs. I am very satisfied.

I thought I was buying a coin purse and in fact it's a card purse, the difference is huge! As it was a gift, I didn't open it. Rather disappointed.

Regarding what I ordered , finally everything right , and it seemed to you , each object was surrounded and housed totally and completely by the Styrofoam that contains them , we just missed that they were broken , which is not , good thing that to protect them that all 'around there was the shaped box of Styrofoam that contains the objects that I wished to have .
