Everything perfect except for the delivery taken by chronopost 13H received 24 hours later because the driver did not respect the schedule. Service paid in vain and no compensation.

No worries with Cadeaucity, but the packaging for one of my Jim Shore figurines was a bit tight and the figurine is slightly damaged. But that's more of a Jim Shore problem.

My order arrived on time. Everything is in good condition, just like every time. I've been ordering for over a year if not two. I've never had a problem. The only negative point, but you can't blame anyone, is that during festive periods, it's possible for the parcel to arrive later than the expected date, by no more than a day I'd say, but really, with the holidays that's normal. So no really bad things to notice. I'll be happy to order as soon as possible.

This is my first purchase and I must say that, overall, everything has come together. The 7 Jim Shore creations are simply wonderful and in perfect condition. The only blemish is the stain - I think it is glue - present on the Mary Frances designer jewelry handbag. However, having purchased it at a bargain price, I did not see fit to contact Customer Service. The shipping was quite prompt and the packaging impeccable. The prices very competitive. Absolutely very serious company, goods arrived in no time utuile tracking company SDA. Why is one star missing from my rating? I purchased a bag of Mary Frances LIVELY -beautiful- to emphasize however that the colors are distinctly not those seen in the photo although they are always belonging to the corole seen, for example the canary yellow becomes yellow ochre the sees pea becomes olive green.In soxtanza as you see the colors on the computer would be a very modern and contrasting bag, while in reality we are faced with a classic bag little gritty, type 80s. Bag always, I point out, BEAUTIFUL. Another note, there are imperfections in the stitching and in the leather part, on the back you can see the non-conformity of the leather drafting. This would lead me down the road that this bag is second-rate. In conclusion the bag even with these small differences is beautiful. the next purchase I will ask for a photo of the item I will purchase. I will conituate to follow you especially on the compartment of Mery Francis bags, because my wife likes them very much RECOMMENDED SITE

Simply allow us to point out that the shipping costs, as clearly specified before validating the order, were 5.9€ as the total amount of the order itself was less than 49€ (free shipping from 49€ purchase). You chose cash on delivery payment, which as reported involves an additional flat fee of 4.9€ (collection charges). If you had chosen payment by Card, Paypal or bank transfer you would not have paid any cash on delivery cost. All this is specified in the shopping cart before validating the payment. Best regards

Just allow us to point out that regarding the collection you requested, all items available in Europe (but also many normally available only in the USA) are on our site. In particular all the very latest items. Clearly in some cases it is necessary to wait for the manufacturer to deliver. Also, if a product runs out and a restock is planned, its image with the price always remains visible to everyone. For example, if you click on the image of the item itself, you can enter your email in a special box to be notified as soon as the item becomes physically available for purchase again.
