Disappointed by a 1st shipment insufficiently protected which is unusual with Cadeaucity. Item arrived damaged and returned for exchange on June 26. New item received on July 10 in perfect condition.

Fairytale figures at affordable prices. It's great that "wondercity" has a discount system. Many prices are lower than on other collector,- Disney,- fan,- sites. As "Sleeping Beauty / Princess Aurora / Briar Rose" is my favorite figure, I was particularly lucky this year on the occasion of the 65th anniversary. I am also happy about the four-part installment payment, which makes a lot of things possible. The package was delivered within the agreed time frame and left in the hallway after the door was opened.

The shopping service is impeccable, nothing to complain about. Even if you need to exchange items by e-mail. Shipping too. I recommend without hesitation! Maybe the prices are a bit high!

I'm happy for the purchases of new items that were delivered quickly. However, I bought an item with a defect in the discounted category. It was stated on the website that the product was intact, that only the packaging was damaged. However, it turned out that the wooden product was moldy and blistered, with bits of paint gone. The product was therefore far from intact, contrary to what was indicated on the description. I couldn't return it because the packaging was as damaged as advertised. But it wasn't actually just damaged packaging, it was moldy and still wet. I didn't like the fact that this wet and mouldy packaging was placed without any precautions with the other new items bought in the same parcel, without separating them because it contaminated them.

The item arrived quite broken but fortunately customer service is top notch! I was able to reorder and receive the item in perfect condition and much more protected!

Too bad there's no choice and a lot of unavailable products on Disney Britto.

I've been buying parcels from you for years. I once had a problem with a figurine that broke in two because I didn't think it was very well protected, whereas it's usually a real pleasure.

Quick dispatch, but the parcel was badly damaged and so was the product packaging. Fortunately it was not to keep them in the box or offer them ...

Received quickly and good quality item. I'll take off one star because it's still expensive. I'll recommend it in the next few months.

Chronopost service not up to scratch. I think the proposed relay point must be closed or no longer exists, so 40min round trip to get the parcel. The parcel was well packed and the product was in perfect condition.

Increase too high compared to last year

Serious seller, good variety of products, I highly recommend. Small suggestion: using bubble wrap rather than pieces of polystyrene might be a better idea, in my humble opinion. All the best.
